Safety updates 2009

This table (see document download below) lists some product withdrawals or safety alerts issued by regulatory agencies in UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, US, Australia and Canada during 2009. Some contamination may be batch specific and may not apply to some products manufactured after the notification date. Two manufacturers in the US announced extensive product withdrawals for body building and slimming products (see relevant sections in the table). Some Hydroxycut products* have been reformulated and renamed since the warning on liver toxicity and are once again on the market.
